1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
The contact form may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred event, visit date, group size, ticket type (adult, student, senior, family), and a free-text message.
When you submit the form, your browser can open your email app with those details addressed to hello@ticketpfofi.com. If you send that message, we receive the content so we can reply about tickets or tours.
We do not ask for payment-card numbers, government ID scans, or account passwords on this site.
3. How we use it
- To answer ticket, tour, and event requests.
- To send a quote, meeting point, or follow-up question.
- To keep records needed for customer support and accounting if a booking goes ahead.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the form for advertising profiles.
4. Browser storage
The site may save one local preference so the cookie notice stays dismissed. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights
